Down For Maintenance

Sat Oct 10, 2009, 9:47 AM
  • Mood: Gloomy
  • Listening to: "Grace Kelly" - Mika
  • Reading: Let the Right One In
So, I've been in a hole, lately. I'm currently trying to climb out. It's really not fun, but at least vaguely familiar. It has a few less spots to hang on to than the other one. I've fallen in this hole before and it took me 5 years to get out, last time. Hopefully it will only take a few months, this time. Some things are throwing me ropes, which is good, even if they don't take me very far up. I'll get out soon.

Okay, so in more pleasant news, I went to a Bruce Springsteen concert! It was wonderful and really energetic. And, I mean, Bruce Springsteen is what, 60? And still plays concerts for 3 hours straight without an intermission. He and his music are amazing.

Another good thing, I saw a movie called "Let The Right One In" and I think I'm in love with it. I mean, it's a vampire movie, but it's just so much more than that. It's beautifully done (and in Swedish). I'm reading the book of it now and it's just as good (from the 40 or so pages I've read so far).

One more thing. My inner laughter which sometimes expresses itself as "lol" (sounds like "lawl") is starting to turn into "kolkolkolkol." How bad is that? Too much Hetalia in my diet, I think.

AU stands for...

  • Reading: My Social Studies textbook on my computer
Astronomical Units! 8D Or Alternate Universe. Depends on what you read.

Sor-reh, my earth Science class can get to me. ^_^"

So, yes, the AU is significant at this moment. Because my mind seems to love AUs. The Alternate Universe kind. And in THOSE terms I mean of fanfictions and stories. Like with these certain characters of mine: Vee, Poison, Zaki, Lev, and Azerid.
You'd know 'em if you read my other journals.
So first is their original (screwed up) story.
Second came a vampire story. Though that's technically two stories, Vee and Poison are half sisters in that one so their stories cross over.
Third came a story out of nowhere, really. It makes me think of rich people and England, though. And how mean I can be to Zaki. Poison and azerid found a way to get left out of that story, somehow.

Poison: *quietly* Thank goodness! *quietly*
Azerid: Creator's just a freak...
Me: ARGH! Shut your traps before I shut them FOR YOU! *glares*
Poison: *looks away like nothing happened*
Azerid: *rolls his eyes*
Me: Uh, sorry. This sort of thing happens daily in my head. @_@

The most recent story came about from listening/watching that "Spring Awakening" commercial. For all who don't know, "Spring Awakening" is a Broadway play that's supposed to be really good. It started off in my head all musically but I was able to get it toned down to a weird, realistic-ish story. And in that story there are gangs(one in peticular that Azerid's in), and - *record scratch noise* Wait! Azzy's in a gang?! Yes, Azerid's in a gang. How that happened, ack my brain. My brain's fault, not mineeeeeeeeeeeee.
coughliarcough
<_<"
That's really that only super-exciting part of it so far. (Don't) Expect to be updated...? Meh.

And Michael Bublé, I love how he sings~~~~~! So pwetty. ^_^ But I can't find a song I'm pretty sure is by him. Something with violins in the lyrics. >_< It gets me feeling all frustrated. I think his "Everything" song is better than "Save The Last Dance For Me" but that might be because I'm in the mood for a slower song.

AND NOW.......................................................................................

Much love for this picture -> [link]

Look at it. I don't care if you don't like it but loooooooooooookkkkkk...
Sorry, but it's just so pretty. ^_^ And again sorry if you don't like what the picture's of. But you CANNOT deny that it is pretty. That's final.

6:46...

  • Mood: Regretful
  • Listening to: The ringing in my ears
  • Playing: With the Nasdaq stuff on the internet
...in the morning is when I post this.

I'm so strange, getting up at 6:30 JUST to type here that I didn't get to watch "X" last night...?

Well, and do a project that's been a massive headache for me. I probably won't get a good grade. It's already late. TT_TT *sigh* That's what I get for procrastinating. *bashes head on desk*

Ugh, and I feel like vomiting. THIS IS NOT GOOD. *cries*

And I really do have ringing in my ears. It's always been there, even when I was about 4 years old. Yeah, it makes no sense. Most people get it either later in life or after they hear really loud noises. I can block it out with other sounds and I don't notice it most of the time. And then there is another ringing that I'll get, but that's only like once every 6 months-ish. That one feels more like a huge pressure of sound pushing on my ear. *sigh*

My Art...

  • Mood: Artistic
  • Listening to: "Smile" by Fai (his Japanese voice actor
  • Reading: Tsubasa Fanfiction (I'm Tsubasa-y today)
  • Watching: The clock until "X" come on
  • Playing: Resident Evil 4 (I now love horror games XD)
...seems to be getting weirder and weirder.

I mean, most of the stuff in my sketch book I wouldn't DARE show friends, so my family is out of the question. Crrrrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaapppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp...........................

Sorry, but it's true. I love to draw and make this art that I'm making but I am starting to freak myself out with what I'm making. I don't want to say the things either, but one example is my weird intepitation of "Bleeding Love". It's the name of a song by Leona Lewis (sorry if I butchered her name). I take things too literily, far too often... And who gets the "punishment" of being in this picture?

Zaki. AGAIN. Sorry, Zaki. And the idea, I suppose was created a while back when I saw the anime "Le Potrait de Petite Cossette." Man, did that one give me ideas... Well, anyone who cares will see it eventually. I also have a nicer picture in the works, it's from a after watching Gankotsuou: The Count of Monte Cristo. All those pretty textures... :D And the fact I had on a silk dress/top on while I slept are the most likely reasons. I want to color it when I'm done, but I'm not sure I could do the actual image justice. Maybe I can get my art teacher to let me use PhotoShop at school...?

And I help but listen to the song "Smile," it sounds so pretty. :) It really is by the Japanese voice actor of Fai (aka Fay/Fye) D. Flowrite (aka Flourite) from Tsubasa. Man, there are too many ways to spell that guy's name! @_@ Oh well. Oh and I listened to the English dub of Tsubasa. I almost cried. I really don't like the dub, the voices just don't sound right to me. They sound at least a little better in Japanese. *sigh* Not like I have a say in it anyway, right?

And "X" is going to be on SciFi tonight, maybe I'll be able to watch it? lol More and more and more CLAMP. :D

-CLAMP is awesome!-
